Terms and condition for ordering and payment |
1) Ordering and Delivery Arrangements Customers can use online shopping cart, e-mail or phone us directly for ordering pet products. If the customer need the goods urgently , please order before 12.00 a.m.to avoid pet food shortages. If customer call after 12:00, we may arrange pet food delivery tomorrow . Customers need to rearrange the delivery service today, please inform us before 10:30 a.m. On the delivery day. For email or online shopping cart order, we will check the product storage first and contact customers by phone. Thereupon, our staffs will confirm the total amount, delivery time and delivery address with customer, the delivery time will schedule after the ordering day. When customers cannot receive any phone call for ordering after 1 days, please use email or phone to contact us. Various regions have different delivery times, please click here for detail delivery timetable. Normally, we does not charge delivery fees or any additional fee. When customers buy HK $ 100 or above products, they can enjoy free delivery service. The delivery person will contact the customers about 15 minutes before the arrival to ensure we can reach the customers. If we cannot reach customers, we may reallocate the delivery time. Thus, customers should ensure someone can receive the product during the appointment period. Or pay in advance for bank transfer, so we may leave the product at the department entrance. If delivery person meets heavily rain or transportation blocked, delivery service may possible delay. If typhoon Signal No.8 or Black Rain Storm warning is issued, delivery service will reschedule. Our order operator will phone you for delivery service rearrangement.
2) Payment method Customers can choose following payment method. Pay in Cash – Customers can pay cash to the delivery person while the order arrive to your home. Credit Card Payment - If the customer purchases over HKD $ 300, customers can use the Hong Kong VISA and MASTER CARD for order payment. Customers need to confirm with the order operator that you with pay in credit card. Then the delivery man will bring the credit card machine when delivering order. Thus, the transaction is completed. Bank Transfer - customers can deposit in advance to the Company's bank accounts and then the transaction receipt must be faxed to 2488 8579, or e-mail to info@apepet.hk. After that, you must call us and confirmed upon receipt of payment, so we will arrange delivery in the following day. (Suitable for busy customers. if you cannot receive it on the delivery address, we will put it in the front of department entrance or building management. 3) Return and replacement services If there is any damage or problems of goods, customers must retain the transaction receipt and complete packing bags. Please informed us within 14 days , replacement will decide under different circumstances. We don't permit the return or replacement of damaged products because of mishandling. Customers can return the damaged products when you have new order, then we will deliver the replacement with your next order. The Company has the right to refuse any replacement or return request for all unreasonable demands. And we reserve the right to the explanation and decision of refund and replacement policy here at any time. |
